Acupuncture as the key component for TCM, is the use of thin filiform sanitized needles to activate Qi along pathways throughout the body, known as meridians. Disruptions or blockages in this energy flow are thought to cause health issues, with acupuncture we restore the balance and flow of these channels and points. In addition, we look at the entire body and how to bring it back to balance through Diagnosing with pulse and tongue, Diet, Herbal Formulas, Mindfulness practices, everyday life balance suggestions and other modalities that your body may call in. Gua Sha
Mild form of myofascial release using stone or ceramic implementation in a scraping motion with a liniment in order to apply friction to the skin. Produces a petechial response which releases unhealthy blood stasis & toxins, promoting metabolic cell repair, increase oxygen saturation, and relieves pain.

Fire Cupping
Glass cups applied to the surface of the skin by way of suction for the purpose of promoting blood flow, encouraging cellular repair, micro-vascularization, and for the relief of hypertonicity and pain.

Evaluation
Chinese Medicine evaluates an individual based of tongue, pulse and first sighting symptoms. Based on what your body needs, the practitioner finds the root of the problem and gives guidance through diagnosis, explanation of the diagnosis, diet, movement, everyday life balance, herbal recommendations, and any advice. $40 Basic Write-up

Reflectors Reflection
According to the Human Design, Reflectors make up only 1% of the population and serve as mirrors to society. Reflecting the energies and health of the environment. Reflectors are seen as truth-tellers and evaluators in the community, reflecting what is working and what isn’t. As they are for the community, they do the same when it’s individualized to a one-on-one session.
This would be a one-on-one therapy like session to hear and find guidance through source, by expressing yourself, your needs, your wants, your hold backs, and what you are trying to solve during this time. The difference of a therapy session and myself is for me to listen to your soul as your express yourself and give you the guidance on what your spirit is trying to express that you may not hear and anything that may channel through that you may need to hear- through a Reflector + Reiki perspective.

Chakra Attunement
A full body tune-up using source energy healing, by clearing, opening and centering the 7 central Chakras. Clearing energies that are restricting your body's natural patterns and releasing energies that no longer serve you.
Can be done IN-person OR Long-distance.
One full session time: based on working until we reach a point of completion. 2hr -3hr range.
Long distance healing is available: realignment anywhere in the world with a check in call 3 days following.

Trauma healing
The practitioner taps into your energy field to remove any generational trauma or attachment to painful memories that are ready to be faced and released, to help guide you into your life’s journey.
This is addressed through emotional stories, breaking cycles, pain in areas of the body or the emotion/story of the disease that is being presented through the body.
$180-$250 Sliding Scale
(can incorporate a payment arrangement if necessary)
This requires 3 sessions within the week for 30-40 minutes each session.

Long Distance Tune- up
This is a continuation tune-up after your alignment.
Once every week, I will attune the individual in person or long distance for the following weeks:
3 weeks: $200
6 weeks: $320
10 weeks: $600
Reiki CLASSES:
Transformation of becoming a stronger individual for self & others, through attunement by me and classmates. We will dive into the history, symbols and what to expect through each level. This is divided into 2 session, four hours each class & a following 21-day chakra shift, with full access to me through your process.
