I am honored to welcome you to this healing space!

Born in Ukraine, I was raised during my youth in Brooklyn and the rest of the time in Tampa, Florida, and currently enjoying the mountains in Asheville NC. Since 2016, I have been working on self-healing and self-reflection to become a clear source for the benefit of myself and others. My main curiosity and love is for internal growth and different modalities to raise our frequency and to become the best versions of ourselves. ‘How do we get there?’ is a common thought of mine.

2024 has birthed a blend of healing styles that I can now intertwine with my patients, from being a Chinese Medical Doctor, Reiki Master and a Buddhist Practitioner. Chinese Medicine includes Acupuncture, Herbology, Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, Electrical Stimulation and a prescription on how to keep your elements in balance. The intertwining of Reiki to an acupuncture treatment allows a delicate release of stored emotion and a full understanding of what release practice we need to apply to come to peace with the pain or trauma. The application of muscle testing is used to guide the body and the spirit back into balance that is innate within every individual. The gift of being a Reflector allows me to understand individuals on an intimate level and provide deep guidance to assist oneself to step into their truest form.
